The 1971/2 Motorola 114, with its chromed metal fascia and those iconic triangular knobs is a hugely popular radio.
Finished to an exceptional standard, this radio has undergone cosmetic restoration and a full service. It is an original specification MONO radio with around 7 Watts audio output, covering MW and LW bands. It has Volume and Tone controls and manual tuning. There are five pre-set station selectors, four for MW stations and one for LW stations.
The radio has had an AUX input lead fitted so it will play audio from an iPod or phone.
The radio is 12V only, but can be set to work in a Negative or Positive earth vehicle using a selector switch at the rear.
For increased functionality a MONO FM converter (Aurora FMC-2) can be installed in this radio to provide access to the full 88 to 108 MHz FM band. Please select this option before placing the radio in your cart.
