The 'JENSEN' branded Radiomobile 108 SR N/P is extremely rare and highly sought after.
Jensen Motors branded a small number of their factory fitted Radiomobile units with a black 8 track cartridge flap complete with the ‘Jensen’ name engraved which replaced the original stainless steel flap. These units are highly prized and sit perfectly in the Jensen dash.
This unit is period correct for installation in the Jensen Interceptor Mk III and SP, where it was often installed in place of the legendary 'Lear Jet A-250'.
This restored and upgraded JENSEN Radiomobile 108 SR N/P (1970/74) radio and 8-Track player is finished to an exceptionally high standard and it performs perfectly on both radio and tape. It is covered by a comprehensive 2 year warranty from the date of purchase and full telephone support is available for installation and use. In addition to a fully functional and seamlessly integrated 8-Track player, it is equipped with an AM/FM 4 x 45W RMS Stereo radio and wired AUX input. It also benefits from DAB/DAB+, Bluetooth for full hands free telephony, audio streaming and voice control and a USB port for device charging and playing MP3 files from a USB memory stick. All the original controls are fully integrated and operate as intended. The resulting radio looks and operates exactly like it should as a period correct device, but concealed within the lovely '70's exterior, it has all the features and performance you would expect to find in a modern, high quality car audio system. The Bluetooth ID is currently set to 'JENSEN Interceptor' but it can be changed and personalised if required.
This beautiful concours standard radio/tape player has the extremely rare and very desirable 'JENSEN' legend on the cartridge flap and has been built for installation into a 12V Negative earth vehicle.
